The US has a major health gap with high obesity rates and a 15-year life expectancy difference between income groups, made worse by fewer physical activity options in poorer areas.
Goal
Build a digital platform that connects communities for better health
Our goal was to develop ParkShare to improve healthcare access and encourage healthy behaviors in underserved communities through outdoor activities and social connection.
Result
80% found app intuitive with strong community feedback
User testing found the app intuitive with strong approval of community features. Core functionality for finding locations, creating workouts, and social connections was successfully validated.
