The United States leads high-income nations in obesity rates, with a stark 15-year life expectancy gap between economic classes. Low-income communities face significant barriers to physical activity, leading to poorer health outcomes and contributing to this widening health disparity.
Goal
Create a hybrid health solution combining digital tools with community engagement
Our goal was to develop ParkShare as an innovative health solution that combines digital tools with self-care practices, specifically designed to improve healthcare accessibility and foster positive behavioral changes in underserved populations through outdoor activities and community connection.
